Dear customers,

We hope you’re having a great day.

By the end of this year, our young team hits a major milestone: we’ve been kicking asses for 10 fascinating years!

Over the past decade, we have analyzed the leasing potential of some 50 properties, had 699 unique viewings with potential tenants, sent out more than 386 lease proposals, and got more than 211.000 sqm fully let, generating more than € 8,2 million in letting fees for our brokers.

We couldn’t have done this without you.

You gave us a chance, trusted us with your most precious asset, and became an early adopter of our services. You told us what you expected from us, what you liked, what you disliked, and what you found confusing. Without your sharing feedback, we wouldn’t be able to effectively iterate, adapt, improve, overcome – and most importantly – focus on getting buildings fully let.

Without you, so many other investors wouldn’t have chosen to collaborate with us, providing us a stage for our leasing services.

We want to thank you so very much for your enthusiasm, trust, and partnership. As a small team with huge ambitions, we lease fast and always try to evolve and come up with new features to help you, from updating our name to make more clear what we do, to creating new features to deliver you an outstanding service. Features that, from now on, you can keep up in our brand new website and our social media.
